The PHL In-Net is the Internationalization Network of ANTENA, a capacity building cooperation project co-funded by the Erasmus+ program of the European Commission to support Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) in the Philippines in strengthening their capacities to update, implement and sustain their internationalization policies.
